GIFE: Global Innovation Forum Econatur

The Global Innovation Forum Econatur -GIFE- is born, a space for innovation and reflection on health and the agri-food sector.

Promoted by the Cordovan company ECONATUR, an international congress will be held at the Palacio de Congresos in Cordoba, bringing together scientific leaders and professionals in the sector, under the slogan ‘Cultivating health, sowing wellbeing’, on 18 and 19 November.

ECONATUR, a corporation of the LivePlant group, specialised in agricultural solutions based on biotechnology, natural chemistry and sustainable management, launches this space for thought and development, which aims to be a unique platform to inspire, connect and create synergies between companies, institutions and the most relevant professionals in the agri-food, biotechnology and health sectors.

To this end, it will hold its first GIFE congress, ‘Global Innovation Forum Econatur’, in which people’s health will be the central focus, generating a space for reflection, networking and action, where ideas will be transformed into real solutions that will enable social improvement.

GIFE 2024, which will take place on 18 and 19 November at the Palacio de Congresos de Córdoba, will feature various presentations and keynote speeches by personalities such as Emilio Duró, economist and businessman, expert in motivation, self-knowledge and leadership, member of ‘Mentes Expertas’; Manuel Pimentel, writer and former Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Spanish Government; Aitor Sánchez, nutritionist, author of ‘Mi dieta cojea’; and Nicolás Olea, doctor and professor specialising in endocrine disruptors and public health; as well as panels of experts in innovation and new technologies, in which the following will take part
in innovation and new technologies, in the disciplines of artificial intelligence, biotechnology and food.

The congress also celebrates the 25th Anniversary of ECONATUR, in the framework of the signing of the ‘ECONATUR SALUD’ Chair, together with the University of Cordoba, aspiring to create an observatory that watches over people’s health and promotes the development of innovative solutions, based on scientific evidence, that address the current and future challenges that we have as a society.

An essential event for all those who wish to promote innovation in all areas of knowledge, paying special attention to sustainability, biotechnology and food, always in the interests of improving health and our quality of life.
