Econatur Innovation’s main mission is to develop I+D+i, thus becoming the ‘Core of innovation’ that nourishes and generates value for the improvement of its competitive capacity. Its objective is continuous innovation and the application of scientific and biotechnological knowledge in a sustainable agricultural model.rnEconatur Innovation generates and transfers knowledge for the improvement of products and the development of new, more efficient and competitive products, while managing Econatur’s intellectual property. From Innovation, other areas of activity are investigated, such as the production of ingredients and active ingredients for agriculture, for the food industry and in the future for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Industry 4.0 projects are also addressed, co-developing technologies designed to ensure food traceability and data processing.
